Natural Remedies for Back Pain

Back pain or dorsalgia is a pain felt in the back from the bones, nerves, muscles, joins and in the other structures of the spine. One of the most common cause of back pain is strain or muscle strain. Fortunately, there are many ways to treat this.
Massage is one of the short relief but is very effective. You can go to spas or therapists to help you deal with your back pain or you can also do it your own.
Exercise can also help ease the pain in the back. Lying in flat board and stretching while breathing out and in can greatly help. Taking some time to rest and relax also helps. When sleeping, put the pillows between your knees while you are lying on one side can also help by increasing the comfort. Or you can also lay your back with a pillow under the knees.
You can also try deep heating tubs and getting some sun exposure early morning between 5 to 8 in the morning. A cold or hot compression therapy may also help. You can do this by putting hot compress or ice bag on the strain. This remedy can help you through your day.
